We automate industry

Our solutions for automating production processes include design (mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics), development of machine and technological line concepts, construction of workstations and production lines, as well as programming.

We optimise production processes

We identify processes requiring optimisation and analyse potential areas of losses, delays, wastage and other problems. On the basis of the data obtained, we introduce solutions that improve production processes, resulting in an increase in their efficiency, reduction in costs.

We design advanced machines and production lines

Our offer includes design, construction, assembly, commissioning and servicing. Solutions are aimed at the automotive, consumer electronics and white goods industries, manufacturers of consumer electronics, window fittings and transport in the FMCG sectors. As a Certified Partner, we use Bosch Rexroth transport systems (pallet conveyors, belt conveyors, chain conveyors) together with a complete system of aluminium mounting profiles and fasteners.

We create robotic lines and stations

Through the use of robots, we automate workplaces or areas in an industrial plant that were previously performed by employees. These can include production lines, production cells and individual assembly stations.

We program industrial robots

We offer the full range of programming of industrial robots (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, among others), from their selection, environment modelling, creation of motion sequences, tool and effector control, safety aspects, work cycle control, to training and technical support. We attach great importance to optimizing the production process once the robot has been introduced into production.

We program automation systems

We offer the ability to automate and integrate processes with appropriate systems (through platform selection, creation of control logic, visualization programming, hardware configuration, testing and debugging to optimization and improvement) ensuring smooth and accurate operations, improved efficiency and safety.

We program control and measurement systems in LabView

We develop measurement and control applications that allow interaction with real devices, collection of measurement data and real-time process control.
We build simulation models and “digital twins”, allowing applications to be tested and developed without the need for physical devices.

We program vision systems

We develop vision systems used in quality control, process monitoring and production automation. These are used to detect defects, identify products, control accuracy and ensure production consistency.

Projects

Our projects are created using the latest technologies and software under the supervision of experienced engineering staff. We create 3D visualizations that allow clients to see planned solutions before implementation.

Execution

The execution stage relies on carefully developed technical documentation. Projects are carried out according to individual client requirements and a strictly agreed-upon schedule.

Service

We provide comprehensive service solutions, both warranty and post-warranty. Additionally, we offer support in the relocation of machinery and production lines within Poland and Europe.

Machinery Park

At Automationstechnik, we have our own machine park, which includes CNC machining centers – HAAS VF-6 and Robodrill, as well as manual and conventional milling and turning machines. Our own machine park provides us with greater flexibility in executing projects for our clients.

We specialize in manufacturing components for building machine subassemblies, gauges, various types of brackets, and holders. We produce details and structural elements of machines along with measurement reports.

We have our own measurement laboratory where we conduct measurements of gauges, pallets for conveyor systems, product sockets, manufactured parts, and the hardness of products
