Trolleys with Lean Adaptor pallets

Taxi Wagons

Intermediate units used to transport small Lean Dolly trolleys if, for some reason, they cannot be connected directly. They enable the transportation of more Lean Dolly trolleys in one logistics train. This solution ensures stable transport without the risk of overturning loads, even if there is a high stack of containers on the trolley and the center of gravity of the load is also high.

Lean Shelf Wagon

An intralogistics load carrier designed for slow-rotating loads.

The optimum solution for transporting palletised loads when the sequential order of the wagons is not important, or when the logistics crew can control the correct order of the wagons in the train.

The use of the above units makes sense if we can afford to decompose the train starting with the last wagon. Otherwise, if we cannot control the sequence or there is a risk of having to load (unload) the middle wagon, the Liftliner® is a much better solution.

LiftLiner® tugger train

The Liftliner® logistics system is a fully electric solution for internal logistics that eliminates the use of forklifts in the production area. It allows for loading and unloading from both sides and using trolleys of different sizes without the need for sequencing deliveries. With LiftLiner®, material deliveries to the production line can be planned in advance. Instead of using multiple forklifts and personnel, an efficient “milkrun” train can be created, eliminating the problem of staff shortages.
